Meet the Team

Alan Moore – Senior Development Manager

Alan is the primary contact for Goose Creek Wind. He has more than 15 years of experience working on the ground and in the field with growers, landowners, municipalities, and other private and public entities across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest. Prior to joining Apex, Alan founded and operated a variety of businesses focused on the production, marketing, processing, and distribution of produce, dairy, and grains around the country. He holds a BA in biology and environmental science from the University of Virginia and an MS in environmental studies from the College of Charleston.

 

Emily Neuharth, develops wind and solar projects in Illinois and Indiana. Emily has experience in community outreach, political advocacy at a county level, public speaking, and education. Her Master of Public Health in Environmental Health made her aware of the benefits wind and solar energy could bring to our daily lives. Born and raised in the Midwest, Emily is passion about bringing clean, reliable energy and tax revenue to the hard working folks of her native region.

 

Max Jabrixio – Public Engagement Manager

Max leads public engagement campaigns for Apex's projects in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska. He joined the team in 2019 with over 5 years of experience as a community organizer for nonprofits and campaigns. Max is passionate about working with communities to ensure the benefits of the clean energy transition are shared widely. Max lives in Minnesota with his wife and their adorable dog, Pepper. Max holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans.

 

Paige Malloy – Field Organizer

Paige coordinates landowner, supporter, and organizational outreach efforts alongside Max and the land agent team for Goose Creek Wind. An Illinois native, she joined the team in 2022 with a passion for civic engagement and experience in advocating for Illinois' self-sufficiency. With local and state-level campaign experience, Paige looks forward to the environmental and financial opportunities that renewable energy offers Illinois. Paige is a Political Science student at Illinois State University.

 

Josh Hartke - Illinois Field Manager

Josh grew up on a farm near Effingham, Illinois, and graduate from the University of Illinois in 1997 with a degree in Economics. He has since been an environmental activist, a Champaign County board member, political organizer, and published author. He has had a lifelong commitment to the natural resources and beauty of his home state, and wants to help Apex build a new, clean energy future for Illinois.
